OBIT--SARVER, LACY K.

SARVER, Lacy K., 81, of Roanoke, died Saturday, February 19, 1994. He was a member of the Christian Church, Lakeland Lodge #190 A.F.&A.M., Roanoke Scottish Rite Bodies, Kazim Shrine Temple, and the Roanoke Valley Shrine Club. Surviving are three daughters, Joanne Pagan, Youngstown, Ohio, Elaine Myers and Judith French, both of Tamarac, Fla.; two brothers, Walter L. Sarver, Roanoke, Clarence E. Sarver, Newport; five sisters, Louise Willard, Richmond, Hattie Gillispie, Roanoke, Fannie Farrar, Lynchburg, Lola Kirk and Margie Scott, both of Newport; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11 a.m. Monday, February 21, 1994, with the Rev. John E. Wallace officiating. Masonic services will be conducted by Lakeland Lodge #190 A.F.&A.M at the chapel. Burial with graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. in the Vaught Cemetery, Newport, Va. The family suggest memorials be made to The American Cancer Society or to Good Samaritan Hospice. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
