NATIONSBANK OFFICIAL'S SPEECH WILL BE ON TV

A speech by Hugh McColl, chairman of Charlotte, N.C.-based NationsBank, will be repeated on public-access channel 9 for the next two weeks, beginning tonight2/23 at 7.

McColl spoke at a Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce meeting last month. His theme was ``what a community can achieve when it puts everything behind a unified effort.'' McColl said community involvement in Charlotte was important when the city was awarded the franchise for its National Football League team, the Carolina Panthers.

The 20-minute speech will be repeated next week on Feb. 28 and March 2; all times at 7 p.m.
