CHAMBER CAMPAIGN

The Christiansburg-Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is conducting a telephone membership campaign though Thursday from the conference room at the chamber office.

The theme is "Taking Care of Business," in keeping with the chamber's role for the past 44 years. Grand prize for the top producer is two airline tickets and accommodations for two nights lodging in Dallas; Hilton Head Island, S.C.; or Las Vegas or Reno, Nev.; with show or sports tickets.

This year's chairman is Kent Bond of Lanier Financial Services. Christiansburg Mayor Harold G. Linkous will present a proclamation designating the week as CMCC Membership Week.
