It's official: First brother Roger Clinton is getting married March 26 in Dallas to Molly Martin, the mother of his soon-to-arrive baby. And his best man is brother Bill. Roger, the aspiring singer-actor and sometimes embarrassment - his Secret Service code name is "Headache" - denies reports that he wanted to get hitched at the White House but was turned down, the bride being pregnant and all. "We were asked to get married at the White House . . . and we said no," he says. "I was afraid that it would turn into a media event."

A Florida Citrus Commission spokeswoman, on the controversial choice of Rush Limbaugh to pitch orange juice on his radio show, said, "Somehow the idea he's our next spokesman has taken on a life of its own. It's like the Barney-as-Satan rumor."
