The Yellow Jackets (18-6), who led 43-28 at halftime, will play Guilford in the semifinals today at 2 p.m.
Katy Parrish scored 12 points for the Yellow Jackets and Annette Cahill and Zandar Smith added 11 each. Smith also had a team-high seven rebounds.
Lynchburg (8-17), which committed 32 turnovers, was led by Dana Wilkins with 18 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots.

Senior center Brenda Davis had 27 points and eight rebounds and the Quakers held off the Wasps in a first-round game.
Guilford (15-10) led by 20 points in the second half, but E&H (7-18) closed to 11 down late in the game. The Wasps' Sallie Lefler had 11 of her team-high 19 points in the second half.
Stacey Simms added 12 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Quakers, who play Randolph-Macon today at 2 p.m.
At 10 a.m. today, top-seeded Roanoke, which beat Eastern Mennonite 73-45 in a first-round game on Wednesday, will play No. 4 Virginia Wesleyan, a 78-62 winner over No. 5 Bridgewater.

The Marlins had three players record double-doubles and held off a late Eagles charge to win a first-round game. Senior Kim Kumpf had 22 points and 20 rebounds, sophomore Ericka Bynum had 12 points and 19 rebounds and sophomore Amy Beisch had 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Virginia Wesleyan (14-5) will play top-seeded Roanoke today at 10 a.m. in the semifinals.
The Marlins were up 61-46 with 6:49 left before Bridgewater (10-9) went on a 9-0 run to cut it to six. But Wesleyan outscored the Eagles 17-8 the rest of the way.
Bridgewater was led by sophomore Cindy Pearson with 18 points and nine rebounds. Christi Osborne, a former standout at Lord Botetourt, Krista Oyler of Salem and Jennifer Hedrick all added 11 points.
