OBIT JOHNSON, ANN C.

JOHNSON, Ann C., 73, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, February 23, 1994 at her home. She was a teachers aide with Roanoke City Schools. She is survived by one son; Joseph C. Johnson, III of Roanoke; two daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte J. and Edward Murphy, Brenda J. and Joe Martin all of Roanoke; one sister, Minnie Sword of Lebannon; two grandchildren, Jennifer Martin and Andrew J. Martin. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 26, 10 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Robert Sadler and Mr. Edward Murphy officiating. Interment will be at Russell Memorial Cemetery in Lebannon. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ann Johnson Memorial Reading Fund.
