OBIT FRANCE, AUDREY PAULINE

FRANCE, Audrey Pauline, 73, of Rocky Mount, died Wednesday, February 23, 1994 in Franklin Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Charles Thomas Warner and Fannie Hughes Warner. She was the wife of the late William Jenning France. Mrs. France is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Calvin and Gale France, Bobbie and Serena France, and Johnny and Gloria France, all of Rocky Mount; three daughters, Louise Young, Ferrum, Va., Shirley Clark, Thomasville, N.C., and Faye Wray, Roanoke, Va.; three sisters, Lola Burdette, Salem, Viola Stotts, Lebanon, Va. and Fannie Johnson, Portsmouth; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 26, 1994 at 11 a.m. in the Lynch Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Draper officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday. The family will receive friends Friday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lynch Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
