`SPOTLIGHT ON BLACKSBURG'

WTOB-channel 2, Blacksburg's public- and government-access station, airs ``Spotlight on Blacksburg,'' Tuesday at 7 p.m. This month's program features WTOB station manager Susanne Huff, who will interview the coordinator of Women's Week, Dianna Williams. Also there will be segments on opportunities at Blacksburg's Parks and Recreation, the Appalachian Studies Conference and a report on storm and clean-up efforts.
