Mr. and Mrs. Melvin B. Doughty of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly, to Mark W. Hazelwood of Roanoke. Both are graduates of Cave Spring High School. She is currently attending Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia, pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He is the son of Mark R. Hazelwood of Roanoke and Linda L. Jones of Lexington. He is currently attending Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, pursuing a degree in history. No date has been set for the wedding.
