Mr. and Mrs. Buford M. Frith of Rocky Mount announce the engagement of their daughter, Phyllis Ann, to Stephen Lusk, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey J. Saul of Blue Ridge. The bride is a 1990 graduate of Franklin County High School and will complete her senior year at Ferrum College this May. The groom is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Western Community College and is employed by Photo USA Inc. A July wedding is planned.
