STUMPF-MEADE

Nancy Elizabeth Ruley of Short Hills, New Jersey, and Robert Herboth Stumpf of West Orange, New Jersey, announce the engagement of their daughter, Marlene Elizabeth, to Mr. Frank Opie Meade, Jr., son of Dr. Ann Cummings Meade of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Mr. Frank Opie Meade of Danville, Virginia.

Their wedding is planned for June 11, 1994, at All Saint's Episcopal Church in Bay Head, New Jersey.

Ms. Stumpf is a graduate of Roanoke College where she is now an Associate Director of Admissions. Mr. Meade, Jr., is a graduate of the University of Virginia and a Commercial Banking Officer with First Union in Roanoke, Virginia.
