ARMITAGE-LOVE

Tara L. Love and Timothy L.Armitage were united in marriage on February 26, 1994 in Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church. ReverendLayman was the officiating clergyman. A dinner reception was held at the Sheraton Inn Roanoke Airport.

Tonya Love, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Kara Dance, friend of the bride, was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Deanna Miles and Michelle Schwab, friends of the bride. Charles Armitage, Sr. served as his son's best man. The ushers were Leo Johnson, grandfather of the groom; DennisArmitage, brother of the groom; andKevin Dance, friend of the groom. The organist was Margie Cain and the harpist was Songhee Uhm. The florist andcoordinator was Barry Hodges, friend of the bride and groom.

The bride wore a cap sleeve gown featuring a portrait neckline and fitted dropped waistline with a sequin covered bodice. The skirt consisted of layered tulle with embroidered floral appliques. She carried a cascading bouquet of ivy, white roses, irises and snapdragons.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Love of Vinton. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and isemployed by Northern Reflections. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Armitage, Sr. of Manassas. He isemployed by Allen Management Inc.

Following their wedding trip toOrlando, Florida, the newlyweds willreside in Richmond.
