OBIT SMITH, RICHARD PAUL

SMITH, Richard Paul, 49, of Tazewell, died Saturday, February 26, 1994 at Tazewell Community Hospital. He was employed by the Town of Tazewell in the Water Plant Department. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte E. Smith; one son, Richard Paul Smith Jr., Athens, W. Va.; his parents, Paul M. and Evelyn Smith, Christiansburg; one sister, Charlotte Robinson, Maryville, Tenn. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 1994 , at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel, Blacksburg, with Mr. Danny Hall officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellett. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
