CULTURES, CUISINES SAMPLED NEXT WEEK

Each day during Hospitality and Tourism Week, Monday through Friday, hospitality and tourism management students will feature samples of the culture and cuisine of several countries: China, Turkey, Korea, North Cyprus, Thailand and the Caribbean and Africa.

Events will be in the Wallace Hall atrium, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. each day. Representatives from Department of Hospitality and Tourism student organizations will be on hand to answer questions about featured regions. For more information, call 231-5515.
