POLICE PLACE PERSONAL ADS IN LINE OF DUTY

Richmond police said they were merely responding to new tricks of the oldest trade by placing an advertisement in the personals section of a weekly newspaper to conduct a prostitution sting.

But that's not a good enough reason for the ACLU.
