2 WINNERS TO SPLIT LOTTO JACKPOT

Two winners will split a $3.1 million Lotto jackpot, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Sunday.

The numbers drawn Saturday were 1, 12, 21, 32, 39, and 40.

The winning tickets, each worth about $1.58 million, were sold in Mathews and Fancy Gap, said Cherie Phaup, the lottery spokeswoman.

Prizes of $1,238 went to 52 players who picked five of the Lotto numbers, while 2,464 people won $56 each for getting four numbers right. For choosing three numbers correctly, 40,611 people can play the game again for free.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $1 million. - Associated Press
