GOVERNOR TO SPEAK AT TECH GRADUATION

Gov. George Allen will be this year's commencement speaker at Virginia Tech.

Allen will speak at the graduation ceremony, which gets under way at 9 a.m. May 14 in Lane Stadium.

It has become a university tradition to ask the newly elected governor to speak at commencement.
