Susan Weber, executive director of Zero Population Growth, will give the keynote address Friday at 7 p.m. Her talk is free and open to the public. The conference is composed of women from a variety of environmental fields, including public service, private business, nonprofit activism and academic research.
The conference will feature workshops, discussion panels, presentations and a food and wine exposition Friday evening.
Other speakers include Joy Berg, supervisor of the Jefferson National Forest, Rupert Cutler, director of Explore Park, Priscilla Sears, professor of environmental and women's studies at Dartmouth College.
