AAUW PLANNING USED BOOK SALE

The Blacksburg branch of the American Association of University Women is having its annual used book sale on April 28, 29 and 30 at the Gables Shopping Center. The event serves as a community recycling event for books and a way to raise scholarship money for women returning to school.

Book donations are needed, and there are book drops at K-Mart, the Blacksburg Kroger store and Wades on South Main Street in Blacksburg. Books will also be accepted at the sale location in at the Gables Shopping Center on Saturday mornings, April 16 and 23 between 10 a.m. and noon.
