Shortly after midnight on Sept. 3, 1993, Mary S. Keeling, also known as Stephanie, was shot five times in the head at close range. She was sitting behind the wheel of a gray 1988 Renault parked in the 2400 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Northwest Roanoke. Rewards of up to $1,000 are being offered for information that leads to arrest and indictment in connection with this and other crimes. Anyone with information may call 344-8500 and give the information anonymously. The caller is given a number that is used for identification and need not give a name.
