EXPLORE PARK PLANS EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

Progams and activities will include birdwatching for beginners, gardening with heirloom seeds, an archaeological dig demonstration and an explanation of American Indian life ways. Lynn Davis of Friends of the Blue Ridge Parkway will speak at 11 a.m. Additional programs, storytelling and music will be that afternoon.
