109-NATIONAL DEAL IS WORLD'S BIGGEST

The world's major trading partners ended seven years of bargaining and arguing Friday by adopting a 26,000-page agreement, instituting reforms that mean a $200 billion boost to the world economy over the next decade.

Thunderous applause erupted as Foreign Minister Sergio Abreu Bonilla of Uruguay banged the gavel to signify approval of the "Uruguay Round" agreements, which were reached in Geneva in December.
