FLOUNDER HIT; BLUEFISH SCARCE

Fishermen have been catching flounder along the seaside of Virginia's Eastern Shore and speckled trout from the piers and surf of North Carolina's Outer Banks, but there have been few catches of jumbo-size bluefish in either state.
