RECREATION AT NEW SCHOOL PREVIEWED|

The Blacksburg Recreation Department will hold a public presentation Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., in the Huntsman Community Building in the Hethwood subdivision, to preview recreation possibilities at the new elementary school now under construction.

The preview will include recreation opportunities made possible by a joint agreement of the School Board and Town Council to use the school gymnasium during non-school hours.

It also will include a preview of recreation possibilities on athletic fields to be built on school property and in a new town park that will adjoin the school grounds.
