Arnold on Thursday asked forgiveness from Tom Arnold and their assistant, Kim Silva, who was rumored to have been involved in a relationship with him.

"I must apologize to my husband, Tom, and to my dear friend Kim Silva for letting outsiders, nasty gossip and lies finally break me down and leave me reeling," Arnold said in a statement.

Arnold did not fully retract allegations of abuse she made in a restraining order request that accompanied her divorce petition Monday. However, she seemed to accept responsibility for the couple's battles.

Jackie Onassis, 64, was released from New York Hospital on Thursday, a week after undergoing surgery for a bleeding ulcer. The hospital gave no details. Her treatment for lymph cancer is almost over.
