SLICE OF LIFE COMES BACK ON A WIRE

Archaeologists in the future won't be limited to pottery shards and cave art to ferret out the past. Video, audio and computer technology have given is new posterity, sometimes without our even realizing it.

A single strand of stainless-steel wire on an "Electronic Memory" machine I acquired recently at an antique shop has provided me a pathway to Pulaski County's past.
