City police, with the cooperation of the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Department's enforcement division and Franklin County authorities, made the arrests Wednesday after indictments were returned by a grand jury Tuesday.
David C. Bonesteel, 22, a Ferrum College student from Herndon, two counts of distributing Psilocin, or psychedelic mushrooms.
Donta Sherrod Bundick, 19, of the 3600 block of Ferncliff Avenue, Roanoke, two counts of distributing cocaine.
Bundick was one of three men charged last year with beating a Dublin teen-ager after indictments were handed up last April by the Radford grand jury. Police said the three men erroneously thought the boy was an informant for police.
Bundick received a five-year suspended sentence in Pulaski County Circuit Court and was ordered to complete community service work after pleading guilty to unlawful wounding.
Scott Erik Golden, 24, of the 500 block of Second Avenue, Radford, two counts of distributing marijuana and one charge of possessing marijuana.
James Lee Goldsmith, 26, of the 1100 block of Calhoun Street, Radford, two counts of distributing marijuana.
Darrell Travis Labbe, 19, Madison Hall on the Radford University campus, one count of distributing marijuana.
John Ivan Moore, 20, 500 block of Davis Street, Radford, two counts of distributing marijuana and two counts of distributing LSD.
Jason C. Pollard, 20, 700 block of Hunter's Mills Lane, Blacksburg, one count of distributing LSD and one count of distributing marijuana.
Shawn T. Spencer, 21, a Ferrum College student from Chesterfield, two counts of distributing Psilocin.
Paul Dennis Tickle, 38, of the 600 block of Fairfax Street, Radford, one count of distribution of marijuana.
Those indicted are scheduled for preliminary appearances in Radford Circuit Court on Wednesday.
