ROANOKE FIRM WINS VIRGINIA AWARD

Lin Chaff Public Relations and Advertising of Roanoke was one of 10 medallion award winners this week during the annual Virginia Public Relations Awards.

Chaff's award was for managing publicity surrounding the sale of Tanglewood Mall to the J.M. Kane Co. It won in the special projects low-budget category.

Others companies with operations in Western Virginia cited in the awards were WLF Foods Inc., Radford University, the Virginia Museum of National History in Martinsville, Blue Cross/Blue Sheild of Virginia, Southern States Cooperative and Reynolds Metals Co.
