TEEN-AGERS REPORT AFTERNOON ROBBERY IN PARKING LOT OF TANGLEWOOD MALL

Several teen-agers were robbed by a man with a gun in the parking lot of Tanglewood Mall in South Roanoke County on Saturday afternoon, according to Roanoke County Police.

No one was injured.

A man walked up to the teen-agers outside of T.J. Maxx, demanding that they empty their pockets.

The boys refused, and the suspect showed them a handgun that was stuck in the waistband of his pants.

The man took the contents of the teen-agers pockets and fled.

Police did not have any additional information as of late Saturday night.
