BRADLEY FREE CLINIC HONORS 3 VOLUNTEERS

The Bradley Free Clinic's 19th annual Award Celebration recently honored three volunteers.

The David Newman Award, for volunteer excellence, was presented to Dr. Ted G. Avner for his outstanding commitment this year and during the past five years. During 1993, Avner worked 42 clinics.

The Volunteer of the Year Award was presented to Dr. Kevin Kelleher and Michael Meade, a licensed practical nurse, for their years of continued dedication.

Kelleher is a national spokesman for the Free Clinic Foundation of America and is a member of the Liaison Committee on Charitable Care that has advised the Clinton Health Care Task Force.

Meade works as a pharmacy technologist twice a week at the clinic.

As part of its annual awards celebration, the Bradley clinic recognized 25 percent of its 400 volunteers.
