\ Because incorrect information was provided to the newspaper, Pam Jones of Franklin County's track team was incorrectly indentified in High School Highlights in Thursday's editions. Also in Thursday's High School Highlights, Robert Pauley was left out of a report that included winners at the Blue Ridge track and field meet at Salem. Pauley, a sophomore from Lord Botetourt, won the 1,6000 and 800 meter runs.

Because of a reporter's error, Northside baseball player Nick Gibson was misidentified in a story in Wednesday's editions.
