ELDERLY WOMAN DIES OF EXPOSURE

An elderly Henry County woman found about three miles from her home died of exposure, according to information from a medical examiner's report released by the the Henry County Sheriff's Office.

Jessie Kidd Haislip, 87, was reported missing May 9. After an exhaustive search, her body was found in a wooded area near her Route 2 home Tuesday.

The date of Haislip's death could not be determined.

No foul play is suspected.
