NO ONE PICKS 6 IN SATURDAY LOTTO

No one matched all six winning numbers to win a $1 million Lotto jackpot, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Sunday.

The numbers drawn Saturday night were 2, 28, 36, 37, 43 and 44.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's Lotto drawing is $2 million, said Cherie Phaup, the lottery spokeswoman.

For matching five of Saturday's six numbers, 49 people won $1,117 each, Phaup said. Prizes of $73 went to 1,598 players who picked four winning numbers, while 29,357 people won a free play for choosing three of the six numbers.
