Flip Groggins of Fincastle finished second in a 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass in the IMSA GTO race at Lime Rock Raceway in Lime Rock, Conn. He qualified sixth in the 32-car field and was up to third place by the 27th lap. He reached second with 15 minutes left in the one-hour race and finished second to Joe Pezza of White Plains, N.Y.
