BEDFORD COUNTY MAN DIES IN CRASH

A Bedford County man was killed in a head-on collision on Virginia 122 in Franklin County Wednesday afternoon.

Henry V. Heath, 30, of Hardy was killed when his car veered across middle of the road and collided with a truck, according to the state police.

The truck was driven by Randolph Pease, 24, of Whistler Drive in Roanoke, state police said. A report on any injuries suffered by Pease was unavailable.
