CIVIC GROUP REPRESENTED AT NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Estelle McCadden, president of the Melrose Rugby Neighborhood Forum, recently made a presentation at the Neighborhoods U.S.A. conference in Pasadena, Calif.

McCadden was selected from neighborhood leaders across the nation to share her experiences with neighborhood organization and volunteer contributions.

Charles Hancock from the Garden City Civic League and Terri Beck from the Neighborhood Forum also attended the conference.
