Kepley, a 29-year-old Duke graduate from Charlotte, N.C., fired a steady 1-over-par 71 in Sunday's final round at Farmington Country Club and held on for his first Kenridge title.
Kepley, who opened with rounds of 69 and 68, finished with a 54-hole total of 2-under 208. Alexandria's Barry McCarty, one shot back entering the day, had a final-round 72 and finished two shots at 210.
Scott Inman, who starred collegiately at Louisiana State, was third at 212.
Roanoke's Mike Smith and Galax's Tom McKnight tied for fourth at 213. Smith had a final-round 71, while McKnight shot 70 Sunday.
Martinsville's Keith Decker had a 71 and finished at 219.
