TALK TO THE ANIMALS: The Mill Mountain Zoo in Roanoke will hold its annual Conservation Festival on Saturday and Sunday at the zoo grounds and Mill Mountain Park. Breakfast with the animals will be Saturday morning from 8:30 to 10. The festival will feature exhibits form more than 20 conservation groups, amphitheater shows and children's activities, plus food and music. Muttley, from the Discovery Channel's "Mac & Muttley Show," will make a guest appearance Sunday afternoon at 3. Zoo admission is $3.50 for adults, $2 for children under 12. Children under age 2 get in for free. Call 343-3241.
