DEL. WARNING PROMPTS MORE TESTING OF FISH

Virginia has decided to step up testing of striped bass in the James River after a warning from Delaware about problems with cancer-causing PCBs in fish.

Delaware issued a health warning Thursday, asking anglers to either limit or avoid the consumption of four species of fish, depending on where they were caught in the Delaware River and Delaware Bay.
