NO ONE WINS LOTTO JACKPOT

No one matched all six winning numbers to win a $12.3 million Lotto jackpot, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Sunday.

The numbers drawn Saturday night were 9, 19, 20, 23, 28 and 39.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's Lotto drawing is $15.5 million, said Cherie Phaup, the lottery spokeswoman.

For matching five of six numbers Saturday, 104 people won $1,446 each, Phaup said. Prizes of $51 went to 6,266 players who picked four winning numbers, while 103,930 people won a free play for choosing three of the six numbers.
