Navy Constructionman ROBERT W. BAKER recently deployed with Fleet Hospital Six, stationed in Camp Pendleton, Calif., to Croatia. Baker is the son of Freddie Baker of Pulaski and Alice Tate of Christiansburg.
Army Pvt. BRONSON HANKS, son of Gay Jackson of Pulaski, has arrived for duty at Camp Humphreys, Pyongtaek-Gun, South Korea.
Air Force Airman LUCAS T. DUNCAN has arrived for duty at Beale Air Force Base, Marysville, Calif. He is the son of Landis Duncan and stepson of Rebecca Duncan of Christiansburg, and the son of Linda Dickerson and stepson of Roy Dickerson of Dublin.
Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class KENNETH W. BISHOP has departed for a six-month Mediterranean deployment with the guided missile destroyer USS Barry, homeported in Norfolk. He is the son of Grenville and Clestine Bishop of Willis.
Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class WILLIAM M. PAGE, son of William and Elaine Page of Radford, recently departed for a seven-month deployment to Guam with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One, Gulfport, Miss.
Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class WESTON R. FREULER recently departed on a four-month deployment to the North Atlantic aboard the submarine USS San Juan, homeported in Groton, Conn.
Marine Cpl. DAVID W. LAWSON, son of David Lawson of Pulaski and Kathy Richards of Pulaski, recently departed for a six-month Mediterranean deployment with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Camp Lejeune, N.C.
Navy Seaman Apprentice TROY H. SUTTON, son of Bonie Sutton of Narrows, is midway through a six-month deployment to the Indian Ocean, Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea aboard the USS Spartanburg County, homeported in Little Creek, Va.
