BOTETOURT CRASH KILLS MD. RESIDENT

A Baltimore youth was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Botetourt County on Monday morning.

Nelson Lafayette "Zak" Sutton IV was traveling north on U.S. 220 at 6:20 a.m. when his compact truck ran off the right side of the road and struck several trees just south of Virginia 630, according to a State Police report.

Sutton, who was wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, according to the report.
