A DELIGHT FOR DAD

If you're tired of giving the same old gifts for Father's Day, think how Dad must feel on the receiving end. This year, get creative. Match Dad's personality and favorite pastimes to admittedly some same old gifts, but with a new twist.

Say, for example, Father likes fly fishing. Lure him to the table with a one-skillet meal featuring fresh summer produce and fillets of his freshly caught trout. This flavorful medley form Jane Kinderlehrer's excellent seafood cookbook, "Smart Fish," ($9.95, Newmarket Press, New York) is guaranteed to get dad hooked.
