ROANOKER IS RENAMED TO REGIONAL KIWANIS POST

Bob Bersch, a Roanoke attorney, has been appointed chairman of the Laws and Regulations and Credential Committees for the Capital District of Kiwanis International for 1994.

Bersch was appointed by Kiwanis Governor-elect David Espie, who was the fourth consecutive governor to name Bersch chairman of the the Capital District. The district includes Kiwanians who reside in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Bersch is a past president of the Roanoke Kiwanis Club and a past district lieutenant governor.
