BITING DOG PUT TO DEATH IN MONTGOMERY

Montgomery County put Babs the dog to death on Tuesday.

Chief Animal Control Officer Kelly Walters euthanized the chow-mix dog Tuesday morning, according to County Administrator Betty Thomas.
