6 p.m.: O.J. Simpson and ex-wife leave dance recital for their daughter in West Los Angeles.
6:30: Nicole Simpson and nine others, excluding O.J. Simpson, eat dinner at the Mezzaluna restaurant. Among the waiters on duty was Ronald Goldman, but he didn't serve the Simpson party.
8:30 p.m.: Nicole Simpson leaves Mezzaluna. Someone calls restaurant to report she left her glasses behind. Goldman offers to return them.
9:45 p.m.: Goldman leaves for Nicole Simpson's house.
Between 9:45 p.m. and 11 p.m.: Nicole Simpson and Goldman are killed.
11:45 p.m.: Simpson flies from Los Angeles to Chicago.
MONDAY
12:10 a.m.: Bodies of Nicole Simpson and Goldman found near the gate of her condominium.

THURSDAY
Simpson accompanies his children to his ex-wife's funeral. Funeral is held for Goldman. Police search Chicago field next to hotel where Simpson stayed.
FRIDAY
Simpson is charged with two counts of murder. Simpson fails to surrender as promised. He is declared a fugitive and - after leading police on a two-county chase around Los Angeles - is taken into custody after a standoff outside his home.
