RADFORD - Visitors to "The Long Way Home" amphitheater off Virginia 232 (First Street) can catch a glimpse of the past Saturday and Sunday during the annual rendezvous. Primitive dress and encampments will depict American frontier life prior to 1840. There will be demonstrations on muzzleloading, knife and tomahawk throwing and other events.
The rendezvous will be open Saturday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Admission is $2.

Freedom Bash '94
PULASKI - The Pulaski County Youth Council and Straight Street will sponsor Freedom Bash '94 July 1, 7-10 p.m., at the youth center, Jefferson Street School. Ages 12 through 17 are invited.
