Because of an editor's error, Tuesday's Extra listed incorrect dates in the schedule for the Miss Virginia pageant. Preliminaries are Thursday and Friday, with tickets at $5 and $9.50. Miss Virginia will be crowned Saturday night; tickets are $8 and $15.

The International Union of Electrical Workers represents 900 nonsalaried employees at GE Drive Systems in Salem. Because of a reporter's error, the employees were incorrectly characterized in an article in Tuesday's paper.
