\ WILLIAM FLEMING HIGH SCHOOL announced the names of students who received instrumental music awards during the school's spring concert. They are: Thomas Pendleton, John Phillip Sousa Award; Cary Sweet, Semper Fidelis Award; Amy Johnson, Arion Foundation Award; Jennie Hilton and David Bliley, Louis Armstrong Jazz Award.
Bliley and Hilton were voted the Top Jazz bandsmen by student members.
The Top Concert/Marching bandsmen were Thomas Pendleton, Amy Johnson, John E. Wright, April Johnson, Keisha Miller, Latoya Jones, Sonya Sawyer, Carl Tinsley, Erica Lea and Vicki Farmakis.
