George Burns was released from a Los Angeles hospital Friday after he cut his head in a bathtub fall.

"He's doing very well. He's looking forward to going back to work shortly," said Paula Correia, a spokeswoman for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The 98-year-old comedian needed two stitches after the fall July 13 at his Las Vegas home. He was admitted for observation Monday. Tests found no other problems.

Burns had to cancel a gig that was to begin Thursday at Caesars Palace.

"The only thing that he's annoyed about is his management canceled his Las Vegas performance," said Ron Wise, a hospital spokesman. "He never misses a date. But his doctor was pretty firm."

Sylvester Stallone isn't the father of the baby girl born recently to model-photographer Janice Dickinson. Not that Dickinson was suing for paternity, but inquiring minds being what they are, Stallone asked for and got a third DNA test, which proved that he wasn't in on the conception.

Stallone and Dickinson, for whom he dumped girlfriend Jennifer Flavin, are still dating and they're still friends, Stallone's publicist, Paul Bloch, said. As the proud mom told W magazine, she's "deeply in love."

Just who is the baby's father was not revealed.
